The Aspire Project welcomes adults 18 and older who are seeking meaningful engagement beyond the everyday. Our community includes individuals with disabilities and those without, united by curiosity, creativity, and a desire for connection.
We believe growth happens best in real environments—where people are seen, valued, and supported in becoming their fullest selves.
A welcoming space for everyone seeking connection and growth.
Building genuine friendships that extend beyond our programs.
Fostering creativity, independence, and self-expression.
Designed for people with and without disabilities to thrive together.
Choose the experiences that resonate with you. Our diverse offerings are designed to meet you where you are and help you grow at your own pace.
Hands-on classes and social experiences that build confidence and skills.
Our primary location is not a “center” but a multi-use public space operating as a coffee shop, artisan market, and event venue. Participants experience natural, continuous community integration here.
More than a farm—it’s a living workshop. Participants engage in every stage of the process, from harvesting berries to crafting artisan baked goods for our markets and cafés at our Pelham and Olde Lyme locations.
A historic coastal site with a soon-to-be-completed Test Kitchen and Bake House, where participants refine artisan baking skills and engage in immersive farm-to-table experiences.
Participants create candles, soaps, lotions, jewelry, and jams to be sold at Aspire Project markets, blending creativity with entrepreneurship in a beautiful, inspiring environment.
A tranquil, natural setting for themed getaways, focused on social renewal, wellness activities, and group connection.
Your journey is yours to design. At The Aspire Project, you choose what classes to take, when to take them, and how to build your own path toward growth and connection.
Life is better with friends. Our social events create space for joy, belonging, and the kind of connections that make every day brighter.
Participants can engage in internships and volunteer opportunities that build professionalism, confidence, and leadership. From hospitality and baking to event planning and community outreach, these experiences offer hands-on learning with real impact.
Developing hospitality, leadership, and event management skills by producing Aspire events.
Your story, creativity, and aspirations matter. The Aspire Project is a place to connect, belong, and become—together.
